I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( lire plus...)

Knowing that I have the privilege of living in this part of the world with things my cousins back home think they need. i have to represent for them and for my family here in Canada to do my best in everything i do.
